Once services or digital materials have been delivered or made accessible, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.

2. Subscription Services

Subscription payments (e.g., Basic, Pro, or Premier plans) are non-refundable once billed. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation will only prevent the next billing cycle.

  • Partial refunds for unused time will not be provided.

  • You are responsible for canceling before the renewal date to avoid further charges.
